Lyubov Naydenova was born in Bulgaria and moved to the United States in 2003, at the age of ten. She and her family settled in Syracuse, NY where Lyubov completed her education, graduating from Syracuse University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management and Retail Management.

Lyubov moved to the Albany area in 2018 and joined M&T Bank, where she worked as a Branch Manager and focused on providing customers with solutions for their financial goals and needs. She currently works as the Retail Regional Manager for the Albany Region, where she oversees the growth and development of all M&T Bank Branches in the Capital Region. 

Lyubov has been involved with RISSE since 2019 and joined the Board in 2020. She currently heads the Development Committee and serves as Board Secretary.
